The HR Officer will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative duties. The HR Officer ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management and appraisal process.
Participate in disciplinary procedures and maintain records.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
