Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers including builders, contractors, architects, and dealers.
Promote and sell Gcolite AAC blocks to both retail and institutional clients.
Provide technical information and product demonstrations.
Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and site demos.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in construction material sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
